Craft & Science was founded by Matt in 2020 after 20 years experience within Marketing Communications and Executive Search.

Starting his career within communications agencies, as both a Producer and Account Handler,  Matt joined prominent advertising headhunter Kendall Tarrant in 2006, and has since worked with a variety of global executive search businesses. Matt has found leadership talent across the world’s best agencies, networks, production businesses and global brands.

With the industry moving so fast, leaders increasingly requested Matt's specialist knowledge around Content, Production and Technology.

With the backdrop and transition of the global pandemic, Craft & Science was born.  A unique company with an in-depth focus on craft and creativity, and it's partnership with science and technology. C&Sc's wider offering gives Matt more opportunities to help companies map and deliver against the future.
